Lamp Post Sponsorship
Our Main Street holiday lighting has been a topic of conversation at our recent meetings and we felt we should have the membership apprised of the proposal. We are in the process of finishing our Main Street Revitalization Project. With the changes that have been made, we have the ability beautifully illuminate and decorate our new lamp posts for the holiday season. The cost to light a post with roping, lights and a red bow is $150. We are going to procure a small name tag for the sponsored posts. The picture on the right is the decoration we have decided on.
The application for the sponsorship is at the end of this letter. If you or any one you know would like to participate, please send in your check and the required information before November 10, 2011.
Our town is a jewel and would be even more beautiful if we can continue improvements with the holiday season. Thank you in advance for your participation.

Sponsorship Of Lamp Post Lighting Details
Sponsorship of Main Street Center Moriches Holiday Lighting of a Lamp post includes but not limited to the following:
$150 fee would include the roping, lighting, and small name tag for each assigned lamp post.
The lighting would be tagged for the duration of the first holiday season then at the discretion of the Chamber for the years to follow. The Chamber will make every effort within reason to reuse the name tags.
Your Chamber of Commerce will be responsible for installing, removing, and storing said holiday lighting.
Sponsor will have opportunity to pay for replacement of lighting at future date.
By sending a check payable to the Chamber of Commerce of he Moriches the sponsor will be considered in agreement with these terms. Please mail the check for $150 to the Chamber of Commerce PO Box 686 Center Moriches NY 11934. Include the name clearly printed for the name tag.
